Nova Middle School Law Studies 6th and 7th grade students have passed the Nova Middle Bar Exam and now one step remains before they can become Mock Trial Attorneys: they must be sworn in to the Nova Middle Bar. Nova Middle Law Studies 8th grade students took a very difficult evidence exam and the students with the ten highest grades will be sworn in as Nova Middle judges who will preside over some of the 6th and 7th grade mock trials. The Swearing-In Ceremony recognizes these students, giving them the opportunity to appear before local attorneys and judges to take the Oath of Admission to the Nova Middle Bar. The Oath of Admission is a promise to uphold the laws and the rules of Nova Middle School’s courtroom and adhere to the highest moral standards of integrity and ethics.
