ALL STUDENTS NEED:

• Folder with at least 10 sheet protectors (you may share a binder with another class, as long as you have a law "section" in the binder). The sheet protectors will protect documents you will use all year (and maybe for the next several years in my classes).
• At least 100 note cards
• Courtroom attire (see example below)
• Law workbook OR composition book (see below)
• Highlighters (very helpful in law)
• Writing utensils. Please make sure your child always has a pencil!

LAW WORKBOOKS: You can purchase a workbook that has all of the details needed for class already printed inside. Having a workbook helps make class run more smoothly and allows students the opportunity to work ahead. The workbook has a homework and assignment tracker, team contact organizers which are useful in my class, and other pages that will be specifically helpful for my class.  The workbooks are completely optional and sold at cost (zero profit is made). I believe the workbook will be a great organization and study tool, but buying a composition notebook is also fine.  If you buy a composition notebook, your child will simply have to write the questions that are in the workbook by hand.
