SUPPLIES
ALL class periods need the following:
- Folder with 5 sheet protectors (you may share a binder with another class, as long as you have a law "section" in the binder). The sheet protectors will protect documents you will use all year (and maybe for the next several years in my classes).
- Note cards
- Courtroom attire (see example below)
- Law workbook OR composition notebook
- Optional: Highlighters (helpful in law)
LAW WORKBOOKS: You can purchase a workbook that has all of the details needed for class already printed inside. The workbook also has a school calendar, a homework and assignment tracker, an agenda, team contact organizers, and other pages that will be specifically helpful for my class. The workbooks are completely optional and sold at cost (zero profit is made). I believe the workbook will be a great organization and study tool, but simply buying a composition notebook is also fine. If you buy a composition notebook, your child will simply have to write the questions that are in the workbook by hand. If you opt to buy a composition notebook, please note the CLASS COLOR below and purchase a book in any shade of your child's class color. This will help us stay organized in the classroom. For example, if your class color is blue, your composition book can be light blue or dark blue, or any shade in between.
