All 6th and first year 7th grade law students must pass the Nova Middle School Bar Exam before gaining permission to participate in mock trials in our courtroom. Students should print the bar study guide below and place it in their binders for class notes. Every topic and vocabulary word that students need to know for the Nova Middle Bar Exam is on this study guide. When thoroughly understood, students should feel confident in their ability to pass the bar.

The test takes two full class periods to complete. A passing grade is 75% or higher.
